On Keeping Score in tournaments -
"They dont make you keep your own score but you keep somebody's score in your group. You also have to put down your score so after the round you can check."

shoulder width: measure from inside of feet
ball position
ahead of center
left chest (my nike logo)
left arm in straight line with club - but no locked wrists
right shoulder tilts slightly down
spine angle slightly right
right arm slightly folded
2 hand widths club from body.
